Mandarin speaking customer Service Adviser

Salary £28000 per annum Sector Residential Sales

We are currently working with one of the largest property developers across London and the Uk. Within their head office here in central London they have a dedicated customer service team who deal with any enquiries post completion. They need someone to join the team who speaks Mandarin.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all incoming calls and emails from residents
  • You will be dealing with all enquiries post completion
  • Dealing with enquiries, defects and complaints
  • Maintaining and updating the system
  • Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail

You will need to have

  • Must speak Mandarin and fluent English
  • Good telephone manner
  • Confidence and proactive in chasing contractors on a daily basis
  • Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail.

Salary: £28,000
