We are currently working with one of the largest property developers across London and the Uk. Within their head office here in central London they have a dedicated customer service team who deal with any enquiries post completion. They need someone to join the team who speaks Mandarin.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling all incoming calls and emails from residents
- You will be dealing with all enquiries post completion
- Dealing with enquiries, defects and complaints
- Maintaining and updating the system
- Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail
You will need to have
- Must speak Mandarin and fluent English
- Good telephone manner
- Confidence and proactive in chasing contractors on a daily basis
- Update key customers who have outstanding issues every two days without fail.
