We are looking for Mandarin speaking Customer service co-ordinators within the New Homes industry. Our client is a luxury developer and they are looking for a customer service focused individual who can deal with high end clients with ease and confidence. The role will require all handovers and customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Job specification

  • Managing complaints, qualifying and rectifying
  • Ensuring that customer journey is smooth and dealt with effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure defects are closed out in accordance with KPIs
  • Conducting development reviews for team members

Person specification

  • Extremely customer service focused
  • Able to deliver on processes
  • Extremely organised and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication and team member skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure

Salary - £30,000 -£35,000 dependent on experience
