Marketing Assistant - Top UK Residential Developer, Surrey

One of the UK's leading New Homes Developers is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team at their Head Office in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketing candidate to expand on their marketing experience and take responsibility over their own work.

You will oversee internal and external marketing campaigns, working in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the sales team, to support each launch phase of the development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing manager to plan, prepare and project manage the creation of all marketing materials to support the brand and the project launch phases
  • Develop online and offline marketing materials including on-site advertising, brochures, digital communications, etc
  • Project manage the production of all marketing, managing third party agencies to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Assist in the organisation of development launches and events, both in the UK and overseas
  • Assist in the development of creating content and press/PR
  • Manage and update all property portals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, and report back to senior members of the team
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring that the brand message is communicated professionally through all marketing material
  • Oversee and carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks

Experience required and personal specification:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in the property industry
  • A marketing degree or equivalent
  • A strong can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time, and being able to prioritise your work accordingly
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • A driven and passionate individual who is able to use their initiate and self-manage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A creative flare, and the confidence to put your ideas forward
