Marketing Manager Duties will include (not limited to):
- Delivering marketing briefs with clear direction and ensuring all marketing activity is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner
- Creating and managing marketing programmes for around 20 schemes of a variety of tenures at any one time. * Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Campaign Consultants and Sales colleagues * Liaising with external suppliers and organisations, agencies to guide and manage projects and marketing campaigns. * Brief show homes and marketing suites, liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely implementation and professional manner * Organising launch events and overseeing home shows, along with managing budgets and invoices not just for events but across the marketing board * Oversee existing developments, ensuring sufficient support for the Sales team to maximise lead enquiries. * Producing monthly marketing reports and analysing sales and marketing information
The successful candidate will have these qualities and experience:
- Residential experience is essential especially extensive property marketing knowledge * Experience of a variety of projects and developments differing in size and focus is an advantage. New build, regeneration etc. * Strong analytical knowledge and a proactive attitude
- Capability of leading the marketing team in achieving the sales and marketing strategies * Attention to detail is essential and a strong professional attitude
