Marketing Manager in Commercial Property

Salary £45000 - £55000 per annum Sector Marketing

One of the UK's leading commercial property companies is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in their Head Office in London. Reporting directly in to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in creating and implementing campaigns which cover the whole of the marketing mix, as well as managing and supporting the rest of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing to deliver and manage the annual marketing strategy
  • Manage the day to day relationships with all external suppliers, attending regular meetings and developing strong relationships
  • Manage all internal and external communications for all marketing activities
  • Responsible for managing and delivering post campaign analysis and reporting the success of web based marketing and social media platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the execution and management of all brand strategy campaigns
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the industry, as well as community awareness and corporate social responsibility
  • Assist in the delivery of a strong PR campaign, providing high quality written content when necessary
  • Manage promotional events and report on the success of such events
  • Day-to-day management of the rest of the marketing team
  • Undertake any ad-hoc marketing activities
  • Any other duties to support the team and your line manager

Person Specification:

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the property industry or with a professional services background
  • A degree in marketing, or similar
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers/stakeholders
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns, from creation to implementation
  • Experience in managing a marketing budget
  • Experience in analysing campaigns and pulling together reports
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and experience in people management
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent eye for detail

Salary:

45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience
