Marketing Manager - Residential Developer

Looking for a residential property Marketing Manager who has experience in a similar position and is hungry for this opportunity.

The main responsibility for this role is to assist the Marketing team with the implementation of all aspects of daily marketing activity for this division based in Slough. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 3 passionate marketing professionals who are dedicated to promoting the brand and driving sales through successful, quality marketing campaigns.

The successful Marketing Manager will be managed activity for 5 running sites and another 3 launching. This will require the candidate to have experience working in a similar setting on residential development sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing collateral - preparing creative briefs & approaching suitable creative agencies to pitch for new sites/campaigns
  • Travelling to sites and sales meetings
  • Liaising with different departments to gather information for creative agencies
  • Working with agencies to create brochures & proof-read drafts etc
  • Liaise with and work alongside sales teams
  • Progress CGI's and obtain approval/comment from relevant departments
  • Instigate development models
  • Advertising - work with creative agencies to agree route for new adverts and amends when necessary
  • Compile weekly and monthly advertising response reports
  • Sales & Marketing Suites & Show Homes - propose layouts for new marketing suites
  • Identify an appropriate customer journey & work with agency to produce designs for suits
  • Attend launches and events as required
  • Website management - content, updating etc
  • PR activity - proof read/comment on development specific press releases and other PR material
  • Budget monitoring and management
  • Update market research for new and existing sites

Key skills required:

  • Clean UK drivers' licence - this role will require someone who can drive
  • Strong creative flare - not afraid to get ideas out there
  • Highly IT literate - MS Office, Excel etc
  • Strong copy-writing ability - attention to detail
  • Work within agreed budgets
  • Hard working, motivated individual

Remuneration: competitive + car allowance or company car

Location: Slough

Hours : 08.00 - 17.30
