A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a leading Estate Agents based in Bromley.
You will be working with the Mortgage Advisors to ensure operations within the business are undertaken as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for the Mortgage, Protection and Insurance application process ensuring that it is done in a legal and compliant manner. You will also provide sales support to the brokers assisting with day to day tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Financial Services industry specifically processing Mortgage applications. You should have the ability to prioritise your own workload and provide effective support to the Mortgage Brokers. You will have the ability to communicate in a professional and knowledgeable manner, and work under pressure.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm prominently based in the Bromley office.
Essential Skills required:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as a mortgage administrator
- Attention to detail, methodical
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Work to deadlines
- Professional and discreet
