New Build Sales Negotiator
This role is to sell off-plan and new build cash purchase developments to investors and forms an integral part of the Haus Investments team.
Haus Investments is a department within Haus Liverpool and offers clients independent advice and guidance in their purchase of new and off plan property across England.
Working with trusted developers, Haus Investments has a selection of handpicked developments for sale ideal for investment and Buy-to-Let purchasers.
Based in the Renshaw Street office this role has a high level of customer interaction on the phone and by email and in person on site visits, viewings and consultations in branch.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, a smart appearance and excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
The majority of work will be office based, however a percentage will be out of the office on appointments.
Establishing relationships with investment property clients taking them from enquiry through to property purchase completion
Managing sales enquiries on off plan and new build developments via email and telephone
Building long term relationships with key clients to get repeat business
Working with developers to be fully up to speed on development progress, availability, prices and updates
Updating and refreshing marketing materials, online advertisements and in branch displays
Communicating with our network of sub agents who provide Haus Investments with sales leads
Attending viewings with clients
Managing and updating investment client database CRM system
Sourcing new stock to market through existing developer clients and attracting new developers
Customer database mailers via Mailchimp
Updating/managing social media channels and blog
Updating/managing portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, Properstar etc)
Liaising with sub-agents and building sub agent network
Managing website content
· Experience in selling off-plan developments to cash investors (minimum 12 months)
· Knowledge of Liverpool City Centre market conditions
· Must have impressive sales track record with references available
· Experience in dealing with developers, solicitors and high net worth individuals
· Professional & presentable
Able to bring an established network of investors and contacts to this role to introduce to Haus Investments.
Thrives working on own initiative, self-motivated and able to work alone
Available to start in August/September
Must have own car and full driving license
Monday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:55am – 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:55am -5:00pm
Thursday 8:55am – 5:00pm
Friday 8:55am -5:00pm
Occasional weekends and evenings to accommodate viewings
One Hour each day given for lunch break
· £22k pa plus attractive commission scheme (£100 per completed sale)
· £250 bonus for every 5 units sold in calendar month
· Car parking space
· 25 days’ holiday pa (Jan – Dec) + 3 bank holidays
· Expenses paid monthly
Managed by the Branch Manager and working closely with the Director this role is fairly autonomous with private office as well as hot desk on shopfloor.
This role comes with a training and handover on all aspects of the position.
The Negotiator will attend weekly Monday morning meetings to report figures and keep updated on all aspects of other departments within Haus.
There is also weekly progress meetings with the Director and monthly one to one meetings with the Branch Manager to discuss targets, training and support.
· 3-month probationary period followed by a 12-month contract which may extend based on performance.
