The Company:
Our client, a market-leading Property Marketing & Technology company that provides its services exclusively to the Estate Agency Arena, are on the lookout for fresh talent to join their team! They have been established in the Estate Agency Property Marketing Sector for almost 10 years and have since grown from a headcount of 3 people to over 100! Our client has national accounts with some of the biggest names in the Estate Agency industry and with small independents alike. They provide services such as; professional photography, floor plans, audio and visual tours and property brochures etc.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a New Business Development Manager to join their growing family. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Property Marketing company with BIG PLANS to expand its services to other sectors as part of their expansion plans. The selected candidate must have both, Estate Agency and customer facing B2B experience in this role! This role is home based and will require you to work in a selected patch to generate new business. This role is open to applicants living across East Anglia – Essex, Cambridge, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Duties:
·Identifying new business and developing it into a sales opportunity
·Creating proposals and propositions and delivering these to the client
·Maintaining and increasing sales through new and existing customers and products
·Reaching and exceeding the targets and goals
·Have the ability to build excellent relationships with clients
·Collecting customer feedback and market research
·Keeping up to date with products and competitors

The Package & Benefits:
·There is a superb package on offer for the appropriate candidate!
·Up to £35,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of at least £55,000
·A car allowance will also be provided

Requirements from the candidate:
·MUST have both ESTATE AGENCY and CUSTOMER FACING B2B EXPERIENCE
·MUST be sales driven and willing to go the “extra mile”
·MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own car for appointments
·MUST be self-motivated and well-disciplined as this is a home-based role, so the candidate must possess superb organisation skills.
·MUST be a persuasive speaker with the ability to perform in-front of large audiences


Working Hours:
·This is a Monday to Friday role, working 9am-5pm
·You will have sole management of your own diary and how you plan your working week
