We at Deverell Smith are actively looking for a New Homes Account Manager for a unique and forward thinking estate agency near Watford.
This person will be responsible for managing the sales and clients of up to 13 outstanding developments across South Hertfordshire, Here you will be working for hugely respected developer who are renowned for building high spec developments
As a New Homes Account Manager you will be responsible for the sales teams as well as overseeing the developments.
Duties will include:
- Develop & maintain the business with existing clients
- Deal with enquires, carry out viewings; negotiate offers and sales progress new homes sales.
- Work with New Homes Manager to win new business attending new meetings
- Ensuring all competitor analysis is up to date
- Implement touting process
- Organise launches with assistance of New Homes PA
- Price & value sites with New Homes Manager
- Act as main point of contact for developer once site has launched
- Report to New Homes Manager & clients with sales progression
To be considered for this position you must have the following experience:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Account management experience would be beneficial
- Experience of working within a results driven environment
- High level of communication and organisational skills
In return my client is offering;
- Basic salary of up to £30,000
- On target earnings of £40,000 uncapped
- Car or car allowance
