The successful candidate will benefit from working with the best value stock, genuine career progression as well as state of the art facilities, technology and stability in all of their offices.
The ideal candidate will need at least 1 years Estate Agency experience as a Sales Negotiator within agency or New Homes. As well as a proven track record of exceeding targets, a highly motivated attitude to succeed and ambition to grow and progress within the company. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to progress within New Homes and have the ability to sell across a large portfolio or New build developments.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Negotiating sales and offers
- Managing own applicant database
- Liaising with vendors and developers.
What do they offer?
- Basic salary starting at £22,000
- On Target Earnings of £60,000
