New Homes Sales Broker - London Bridge
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to work for a large successful leading London Estate Agency in their New Homes Department. This role will involve travelling around different developments across South East London. You will need to have experience working in a fast paced environment and be target driven. The role will involve responding to leads, generating viewings and advising on investments.
- Selling across multiple developments, both off and on plan
- Working Mon-Fri with weekends on a rota basis.
- Conducting viewings
- Creating, progressing and closing sales
- Articulate and well presented
- Self-motivated, and money driven.
- Have excellent property knowledge and a strong interest in New Homes
- Able to understand a client's needs and sell correctly within the portfolio
- Property sales experience is a must
Salary £20,000 OTE £45,000
This is great opportunity to work with a company with an outstanding commission structure, enabling the right candidate to earn well in excess of their OTE
