We have been instructed to find an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join one of London's leading successful residential Agency. You would be based in their head office, where you will have access to their whole portfolio of the best value off plan properties across multiple developments in Prime Central London. For the right candidate this is an amazing opportunity for a high earning potential, genuine career progression and ability to develop your talent within an outstanding company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years Property Sales experience preferably within the New Homes sector, and a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding targets. If you are highly motivated, driven and ambitious then this is the right role for you.
- Sell off plan properties across numerous developments
- Follow up and discuss potential leads
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the whole process
- Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- £25,000 - £28,000 Basic with an OTE of £60,000
- Monday - Friday with every other Saturday
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven track record of property sales, preferably within the New Homes
- Motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Proven track record of providing high levels of customer service
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
