An independent property consultancy in Central London are looking for a New Homes Property Manager to manage their new builds portfolio. They are a company that are going from strength to strength and have a valued reputation in the industry with massive growth plans for the future.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role:
*To be the sole point of contact for Tenants across the new builds portfolio
*To arrange mid tenancy inspections and ensure that any issues raised are highlighted to the Senior Property Manager.
*Ensuring that service charge and ground rent invoices are processed on receipt and Senior Property Manager is notified that funds are required where necessary.
*To ensure rent arrears are kept to a minimum across the New Build Portfolio by dealing with issues arising in a timely manner and ensuring the Senior Property Manager is updated regularly on any potential arrears.
*To arrange the checkout and deposit release process form part of this role, including assessing the checkout for potential deposit deductions and communicating these to the Senior Property Manager.
*To attend site and working closely with the Pre-tenancy Inspections clerk ensuring handovers on new build properties are arranged and all documents/keys etc obtained.
*Ensuring that utilities and council tax are informed of new tenancies and accounts are settled by the Tenant at the end of tenancies before the deposit is released.
Experience and qualifications:
*6 Months Residential Property Management experience.
*NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management (desirable).
*Good understanding of London's residential property market.
*High IT literacy.
The Salary for the New Homes Property Manager is £25,000 - £30,000 p/a plus the companies benefit package
