The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the London property market with the ability to sell confidently across a large portfolio. The role will be perfect for an articulate, motivated individual who wants to be in control of their earnings and can really benefit from uncapped commission structure.
The role of New Homes Sales Broker will include
- Selling off plan properties from marketing material
- Booking and conducting viewings of luxury apartments/marketing suits
- Delivering sales through to completion whilst negotiating deals
- Reporting to management and adhering to targets
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Person Specification
- A good understanding of the property market and sales process
- Ideally property experience
- Well-presented and personable
- Driven, ambitious and company loyal
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary from £20,000+
OTE £50,000 - £60,000
