We are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join one of the most innovative and well known independent estate agents in Central London.
Having recently set up a New Homes department they are looking for someone to join them in their Head Office to sell across their portfolio of developments. They are currently working with many of London's biggest developers as well as some smaller more boutique companies too.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to excel in their New Homes career and they are ideally looking for someone to have come from an onsite sales background. The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales experience and they must be keen to develop their career within an 'in-house' environment. Previous experience with one of London's top developers would be highly sort after but not essential.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be extremely self-motivated
- Have New Homes experience within London
- Be presentable, well-spoken and have good communication skills
- Have good IT skills, inclusive of Excel
- Want to grow and develop within a company
- Have fantastic property knowledge and a strong interest in New Homes.
The role will include:
- Working in the head office selling across the portfolio of New Homes
- Working Monday - Friday with possible weekend work should you be required to attend launches
- A salary of circa £20,000 with an OTE of circa £45,000
- Being responsible for creating, handling and progressing sales
- Maintaining and developing clients
- Working towards sales targets
