We are looking for a Mandarin speaking, Property Sales Consultant for a global investment company based in Prime Central London. Having successfully established themselves internationally, our client has expanded to Central London and now need a Sales Broker to push investment within the London market to Far East investors. The role is consultative led, drawing on contacts and leads and will involve international travel.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Building relationships and utilising contacts
- Directly selling to Far East investors
- International travel for sales and marketing purposes
- Booking and conducting viewings across various schemes
The right candidate will ideally have
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Will have Property experience and a good knowledge of the London property market
- Strong work ethic and negotiation skills
- Ability to think laterally and link the right investors with the right schemes
- Experience in luxury sales
£25,000 minimum basic with uncapped OTE
