New Homes Sales Consultant - 12 Fixed Term Contract East London

Salary Up to £26000 per annum + OTE 42'000 Sector Sales & Lettings

One of the UKs leading Housing Association Offering traditional council housing, shared ownership, affordable rent and private market rent is looking for an experienced New Homes Consultant to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role requires a proactive and personable Sales professional with proven experience in sales and lettings. The role is based from the company's head office but you will be required to be out on site on a weekly bases.

The Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant -

  • Effectively resolve customer enquires in line with procedure
  • Co-ordinate the progression of Sales and lets
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Attend launches, property viewings and exhibitions
  • Identify and resolve problems for all transaction handling, preventing complaints
  • Update solicitors on individual sales, ensure all documentation required is received for the convincing process
  • Report into the Sales Manager daily

The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant -

  • Have experience of coordinating Shared Ownership
  • Proven track record of successful sales or lettings
  • Have an understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Understanding of the work of Housing Associations
  • Have experience in working in a customer focused environment
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • Able to produce and analyse systems and data
  • Be confident with IT and communication systems
