We have a fantastic opportunity working for one of the UK's most renowned property consultancies based in Canary Wharf. If you have a degree in Real Estate or have a passion for the property or New Homes industry we would love to speak to you.
This is a 12-month contract which will allow you to gain reputed experience when starting a career in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have passion and impeccable knowledge of the London property market. Although this role does not require you to have any previous property sales experience, experience in sales, hospitality, high end retail or customer service is preferred.
The Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant:
- Meeting and greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service
- Building a rapport and generating leads
- Maintain the show rooms and marketing suite to an immaculate standard
- Answering telephone calls, website enquiries and registering new applicants
- Updating the companies database when required
- Be a brand ambassador to the developer and uphold their renowned reputation
The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:
- Have proven property experience (ideally a degree or work experience)
- Have worked with HNW's and understand the clientele of potential buyers in Central London
- Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Must have great time management and impressive sales and negotiating skills
- Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
