We are working with an established, nationwide new homes developer who are looking for an on-site sales advisor in the Cambridge area. The role requires a proactive and personable sales professional to work on-site within a sales and marketing suite to sell across several new schemes. This sales advisor role will be responsible for driving property sales and be keen to progress within the company. The company offer full training if desired and actively encourages career progression.
The key responsibilities for this role are
- Maintaining the marketing suite to a high standard, including admin duties
- Greeting and engaging with potential customers and conducting viewings of the show home
- Chasing leads, keeping current sales up to date and guiding the customers through the sales process
- Hitting sales targets personally and as a team
The right candidate will ideally have
- Desire to be a part of a team unit and also be personally motivated
- Excellent communication skills and be able to confidently deal with all customers
- Property experience within sales
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota
Salary: £26,000 basic with OTE £45,000
