One of my clients is looking for a sales-savvy, experienced New Homes sales negotiator to join them.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitions New Homes/business development professional who is looking for direct exposure with the Director, as well as progression.
If you have sold off-plan, worked for a house-builder/developer before and know the Cambridge property market extremely well, please get in touch ASAP.
- Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
- Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
- Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
- Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible
- Attending client meetings and learning to pitch business with the Sales Director
The suitable candidate:
- Previous property sales experience within New Homes/working alongside or directly for a developer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Business development/strong sales experience
In return our client is offering:
Base salary up to £30,000 + commission + travel
