Salary £24000 - £26000 per annum + 45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience) Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

One of my clients is looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team. With a fantastic reputation, thorough training and an expanding land bank, this is the ideal opportunity for a strong seller.

If you are an Estate Agent looking for less hours, or have a background in Residential Sales, have sold off-plan or currently a Junior or Senior New Homes Sales Negotiator, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Based on their vibrant site in Cambridgeshire, with easy transport links to London, this has the potential to be an extremely lucrative career for any individual.

A strong luxury car sales background may be considered.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Switched on, sales savvy and driven
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards


  • Up to £26,000 (flexible on salary)
  • £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
