New Homes Sales Consultant, Central London

Salary £25000 - £28000 per annum + OTE 45000 Sector Estate Agency

Deverell Smith are currently working on behalf of one of London's most exponentially growing new homes developers to be based on a high end scheme in Central London.

This company is subsequently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator to join them, who preferably understand the off-plan sales process. A competitive salary is offered with the appropriate experience.

The role:

  • Sell off plan apartments/ new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
  • Weekend work is required

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
