New Homes Sales Consultant - Central London

We are currently working with one of England's largest housing associations who specialise in traditional council housing, affordable rent, outright sales, and private sales across south east England.

Our client is looking for a New Homes Consultant to be based in the head office in central London. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to transfer from an agency background to New Homes.

The role:

  • Taking customer enquiries
  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies for all properties
  • Ensure that all homes are sold or let within agreed periods and targets are met
  • Co-ordinate and attend launches, viewings and exhibitions
  • Work closely with financial advisor's
  • Instructing solicitors on individual sales, issuing memorandum of sales to all parties
  • Co-ordinate the progression of sales and lets taking action as necessary
  • Responsible for client feedback following development marketing
  • Liaising with customer service team

You will need to be:

  • Must have previous Sales or lettings background
  • Substantial experience of working in a customer focused background
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Undertaking of the work of housing associations
  • Ideally experience of shared ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Happy to work weekends
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own diary
  • Must be able to drive as you will be travelling to different sites

Salary £26,000 OTE £42,000
