New Homes Sales Consultant - Essex

Salary £26000 - £28000 per annum + OTE £45,000 - £50,000 Sector New Homes

We are currently working with a luxury developer who operate across the whole of London and surrounding Home Counties. They are renowned for their high end spec and exceptional customer service.

They are currently looking for an additional member of their team to work on a beautiful scheme in the Essex area.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:

  • Management of the company's database to optimise sales opportunities
  • Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants
  • Negotiations with clients and managing the sales process
  • Looking after all prospective/ existing purchaser
  • Provide expertise in the Company's product
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes, completed product and the sales office
  • Ensure that all paperwork and site administration is up to date
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in order to demonstrate excellent knowledge and awareness of the local area - especially South East London

The perfect candidate should be:

  • Passionate about the New Homes industry with a sound understanding of the market
  • Experienced of working in a customer facing sales environment, preferably dealing with high net-worth individuals
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritise
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Good team player with the ability to support and encourage other colleagues
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work on own initiative


£26,000 - £28,000 per annum (basic), £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
