With property prices soaring up to over 1.5 million, one of the UK's most influential Developers is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join the team. You will be employed by one of the instructed agents, working closely with the developer as a sales consultant for South East London's up and coming riverside address.
With high earning potential, this is a perfect opportunity for an individual looking to immerse themselves in a vibrant neighbourhood as well as progress in the flourishing new homes industry.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1-year experience within sales or property.
- Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
- Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
- Communicating with site managers and development team
- Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible
The suitable candidate:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within New Homes
- Strong organisation skills/ability to multitask
- Knowledge of South-East London
- Interest in the new homes industry
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends
- Desire to learn and progress
In return our client is offering:
Base salary up to £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000)
9:30am - 6pm with weekends on a rota basis
