A renowned New Homes Firm within the property industry are searching for a sales savvy and switched on sales negotiator to join their vibrant team in Oxford.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual seeking a high earning potential and a career within the flourishing New Homes industry.

The ideal candidate will need property sales experience - ideally new homes

The Role:

  • Liaising with clients and assisting them at the Marketing Suite
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with private events
  • Working closely with team and Sales Manager
  • Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong customer facing background
  • Impeccable manner
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Oxford and the surrounding areas
  • Interest in the New Homes industry
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Desire to learn and progress

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience (+ £45,000 OTE)

Working Pattern:

10am - 6pm, must be able to work weekends
