Working within one of the most vibrant cities in the UK, there is a high earning potential for a polished, sales savvy individual.
The role involves selling new build homes to buyers in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region - these are priced up to £450 per square foot.
- Based in the Birmingham office
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- Up to £25,000 (flexible for the right person)
- £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
