One of our prestigious clients with offices all over the UK and a huge international portfolio is looking for a New Homes sales negotiator to join their Birmingham team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced or senior New Homes sales advisor looking to work for a renowned brand. Alternatively, if you are a strong estate agent looking for a change or have sold luxury or residential property off-plan, please do get in touch.

Working within one of the most vibrant cities in the UK, there is a high earning potential for a polished, sales savvy individual.

The role involves selling new build homes to buyers in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region - these are priced up to £450 per square foot.

The role:

  • Based in the Birmingham office
  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards


  • Up to £25,000 (flexible for the right person)
  • £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
