Salary £25000 - £28000 per annum + 55,000 OTE Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

With townhouses priced over 2 million, a prestigious global firm is urgently seeking a bright and polished individual to take on the role of sales consultant to join their ambitious team.

This role offers a high earning potential and is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to progress in the flourishing New Homes industry.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1 years' client focused experience however this is not necessary.

The Role:

  • Liaising with clients and assisting them at the Marketing Suite
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with private events
  • Working closely with team and Sales Manager
  • Researching the market to ensuring you have excellent knowledge on the surrounding area
  • Communicating with site managers and development team

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong customer facing background
  • Impeccable manner
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of South West London and the surrounding areas
  • Interest in the New Homes industry
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Desire to learn and progress

In return our client is offering:

Base salary up to £28,000 dependent on experience (+ £55,000 OTE)

Working Pattern:

10am - 6pm, must be able to work some Saturdays.
