One of my clients is looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator (temporary to permanent role is an option) to join the team. Working under one of the most prestigious Estate Agents, this is a great opportunity for an impeccable, polished Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant.
In depth knowledge of Northampton and England's East Region is desired, and drive and ambition to work for such a renowned brand is a necessity.
If you have sold off-plan, from a marketing suite, fancy a change from Estate Agency or you are used to luxury Residential property sales, and don't mind working lone on site - please get in touch ASAP.
Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant New Homes Sales experience.
The role:
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
Further requirements:
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Switched on, sales savvy and driven
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
Salary:
- Up to £28,000 (flexible on salary)
- £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
