New Homes Sales Consultant - (£50,000 + OTE)

Salary £24000 - £28000 per annum + 50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience) Sector Sales, New Homes, Residential Sales

One of my clients - a prestigious developer - is looking for an impeccably presented and articulate individual to join their Berkshire team.

If you are currently selling luxury products, dealing with high net worth individuals, and have an outstanding customer service skill set, and want to get into property, please get in touch.

The New Homes industry is always open to new and fresh talent whether you are in luxury car sales or bespoke travel, your transferable skill set is desirable.

The role:

  • Sell off plan new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Switched on, sales savvy and driven
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards


  • Up to £28,000 (please note this is dependant on New Homes/Property Sales Experience)
  • £50,000+ OTE
