Deverell Smith are working on behalf of a global developer who are seeking a Sales Negotiator to be based on one of their flagship schemes within this division.
This particular developer is renowned for their exceptional product and outstanding spec. They operate globally and have a large presence in the London Market. This person will work within the team onsite to help guide and advise clients through the whole sales process.
This person needs to be comfortable selling high end, luxury properties as well as being able to sell the lifestyle this type of development offers. They will need to be able to work as part of a team and have good knowledge of the London property industry.
The right candidate will have a strong passion for property and a strong desire to work within New Homes. The prestigious developer need someone who is forward-thinking with the ability to apply their previous experience immediately and have the confidence to get going immediately amongst their colleagues.
The job will involve:
- Offer a professional, consultative sell to clients
- Book appointments and conduct viewings of apartments/marketing suit
- Deliver sales through to completion
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the New Homes industry including the building phases and procedures
- Reporting back to management
- A strong property sales background
- Local market knowledge
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Exceptionally well presented
A basic salary of £23,000 is on offer with an OTE of £45,000
