We are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator for a leading residential developer based in West London.
The role will be based within an on-site marketing suite where you will be working with a team of 4. You will be working on a very large regeneration scheme which aims to transform the area. The contemporary houses and apartments aim to create a community with beautiful landscapes that will evolve in the coming years.
The suitable candidate will have experience in property sales preferably within new homes and be keen to progress a career within a developer.
- On-site sales within a marketing suite
- Conducting and booking viewings around the showrooms
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Nurturing customer relationships
- Taking enquiries and following up with leads
- Taking the clients through the sales process using floor plans, miniature models and the marketing suite
- Working with a team to make sure targets are met and overachieved where possible
- Experience in property sales, preferably new homes
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
- Highly presentable when dealing with face to face purchases
- Eager for career progression
- Hardworking and ambitions personality
Salary £27,000 basic OTE 50,000+
