With extensive land banks and easy transport links from London, this is a high earning opportunity for an ambitious and experienced property sales individual.
Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant experience in real estate sales.
The role:
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
Further requirements:
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Switched on, sales savvy and driven
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
Salary:
- Up to £27,000 (dependent on experience)
- £45,000+ OTE (dependent on experience)
