Salary £25000 - £30000 per annum + 45,000+ OTE Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

One of my clients is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join the team.

Based on site, within a stunning marketing, with a number of units to sell, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced/senior New Homes Sales Consultant with a strong sales skills set.

If you have sold units off-plan, from a marketing suite, and have experience selling residential property, please get in touch.

Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant New Homes Sales experience.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
  • New Homes experience / experience selling off-plan


  • Up to £30,000 (depending on the individual)
  • £45,000+ OTE approx
