My client is looking for an outstanding New Homes Sales Consultant to sell from their luxurious development in a leafy village in Surrey.
If you fancy a greener space away from London or know the South East England well and have exceptional customer facing skills, this might well be the role for you!
Based on site, within a marketing suite, this is an ideal opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent who has experience selling off-plan.
My client will consider backgrounds from - airlines, estate agency, residential sales, luxury sales - anything that involves perfecting the customer journey.
- Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- 5 days a week, must be able to work every weekend
- 11:00AM - 5:00PM REALLY NICE WORKING HOURS!
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
- New Homes experience / experience selling off-plan
- Up to £27,000 (depending on the individual)
- £45,000+ OTE approx + mileage
