New Homes Sales Consultants - Surrey / London

Salary £25000 - £30000 per annum + 50,000+ OTE (dependent on experience) Sector New Homes, Estate Agency, Residential Sales

I am always looking for experienced / Senior New Homes, on-site sales negotiators. If you are in Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire or London and fancy a change of scenery - please get in touch ASAP.

If you have sold units off-plan directly for a developer or through an agent, worked within a marketing suite, or have a strong property sales background and would like to earn more money for all your hard efforts - you have come to the right place!

Please note we will ONLY consider you if you have the relevant New Homes / property sales experience.

The role:

  • Sell off plan luxury new homes within a sales & marketing suite
  • Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge

Further requirements:

  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Represent the company brand to the highest of standards
  • New Homes experience / experience selling off-plan
  • Must be able to work weekends - 5 days per week


  • Up to £30,000 (depending on the individual)
  • £45/50,000+ OTE approx
