New Homes Sales Manager - Central London

Salary £40000 - £80000 per annum Sector New Homes, Property Finding, Residential Sales

We are currently working with a global residential development consultancy who offer a range of services, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their successful and growing team in their New Homes Head Office in Central London.

The Role therefore requires experience within London's new homes market at a senior or management level. You will be required to manage current client accounts, to actively generate new business and contracts through networking, attend and assist client pitches when required and to support the department head. This is a really exciting opportunity to grow and develop with a fantastic company.

The Role:

  • To provide an all round service to new and existing clients
  • Gain new business across the Residential team
  • To take ownership of developments
  • To provide consultancy advice, pricing exercises sales reports and strategy reports.
  • To engage in regular meetings to gain knowledge of the market
  • To provide weekly feedback to developers regarding viewings, interest and on-going sales
  • To hold events for clients when required
  • To achieve and exceed all targets.

  • Experience within the new homes market
  • A strong business knowledge and an eye for competition in the market is essential
  • IT/email literate
  • Excellent sales and negotiable skills
  • A quick thinker
  • Creative in producing reports and written communication
  • Ability to undertake pricing exercises
  • Driven, enthusiastic and eloquent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and help support them.
