This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global developer within a luxury sales and marketing suite. Selling luxury New Homes within this development requires previous experience in order to adequately guide and advise customers through the sales process. A detailed knowledge of the London property market is essential and a real passion for property is ideal. It's a great step for a candidate who has the knowledge and skills to excel within a company that really reward and progress the right people.

The job will involve:

  • Offer a professional, consultative sell to clients
  • Book appointments, manage the diary and conduct viewings
  • Work as a team to sell the scheme in full in a timely manner
  • Reporting back to management
  • Sales administration and progression

Person Requirements:

  • A strong property sales background
  • Local market knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Exceptionally well presented and fantastic communication skills

A basic salary of £25,000 basic, OTE of £50,000
