New Homes Sales Consultant - East London
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new homes sales consultant to work for one of London's largest developers. Due to the recent expansion of the company, they are looking for a consultant to be based in one of their brand new marketing suites in East London. You will have the opportunity to sell their entire portfolio across London. Our client is looking for someone with New Homes experience to start ASAP.
The role requires a strong sales consultant working within a team on site, within a sales and marketing suite. You will be in control of the day-to-day running of the development, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Your duties will include:
- On-site sales within a marketing suite
- Conducting and booking viewings
- Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process to exchange
- Working within a team to ensure targets are met
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of property sales, preferably within new homes
- Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills
- Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation and Networking Skills
This is a fantastic package offering £38,000 - £42,000 basic with a £6,000 annual bonus. The company also offers fantastic benefits, including travel and lunch paid for every day.
