New Homes Sales Negotiator - Herne Hill

We are urgently looking for a New Homes broker in South London to be based in the head office of a lovely family run agency. Our client is looking for someone who has previous property experience and knows the south London property market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get into the New Homes industry from an agency background. The role will be mostly office based with occasional viewings onsite on developments across South London.

Job Role:

  • Qualify all leads
  • Ability to sell off plan
  • Build relationships and keep applicants informed
  • Build knowledge of the New Homes Market
  • Consult on the property investment
  • Sales progression.
