We are currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator for a busy new homes team in Manchester. The position is based on-site within a sales & marketing suite for a high-end, bespoke developer.
This position requires someone with excellent local market knowledge together with an understanding of the new build and off-plan sales processes.
Prior experience within new homes sales is preferable.
The role requirements will include:
- To effectively manage a sales database to exceed sales opportunities
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet and greet potential buyers
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- Manage administrative duties
- Follow up on potential leads
- Weekly reporting
The ideal candidate will:
- Show initiative
- Have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be highly polished and presentable
- Proven new homes/ property sales experience
