Deverell Smith are currently seeking a new homes sales negotiator for busy and successful teams upon various schemes within Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The position is based on-site within a sales & marketing suite for an acclaimed residential developer.
This position requires someone with excellent local market knowledge together with an understanding of residential property sales processes.
Prior experience within new homes sales is preferable.
The role requirements will include:
- To effectively manage a sales database to exceed sales opportunities
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet and greet potential buyers
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- Manage administrative duties
- Follow up on potential leads
- Weekly reporting
The ideal candidate will:
- Show initiative
- Have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be highly polished and presentable
- Proven new homes/ property sales experience
