Above everything else, my client is looking for someone who is going to put a smile on people's faces and ultimately make them feel at home. They will bring someone into the team who is; well presented, able to communicate clearly and has previous experience working for a luxury or high-end brand whether it be for hotels, residential or in hospitality or retail.
- Be a presence on the development providing a 5* experience to the residents
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the development
- Provide information and services that go above and beyond expectations
- Handle resident enquiries and deal with and ensure all information provided is accurate and updated
- Attend necessary meetings to ensure effective communication within the team
- Comply with safety working practises
- Assist in the provision of postal services for the residents
- Give and receive handover information at the end of shifts
Previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment, ideally within a similar guest-facing role.
Conscientious and positive attitude
Excellent Written, Aural and Verbal communication skills
Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
Takes personal pride in delivering fantastic customer service
Have a good knowledge of London
