Our client is a leading Managing Agent based in the heart of Central London. They are looking for an experienced temporary Night Duty Manager to cover adhoc shifts over the next 6 months on one of their Super Prime sites.
The purpose of the Night Duty Manager is to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front of house areas and whole development in the absence of the Estate Manager. Ensuring superior levels of customer service are achieved and maintained to residents and guests at a given development by carrying out day-to-day duties that may involve operation of the Concierge Desk, supporting the Estate Manager with building matters, monitoring of onsite security and car valet parking. It is important to note that there is an emphasis on the monitoring of onsite security at night.
The role will entail -
To be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner. Decision-making and problem-solving in the absence of Estate Manager will be required, given the circumstances of the role.
To oversee / carry out security inspections and operations as required.
To assist in the required onsite duties and provide excellent concierge services as prescribed by the Estate Manager / Property Manager.
To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
The chosen candidate must have -
Experience of working in a high end customer service establishment.
Experience of supervising / managing a team.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters that may involve the general public and handling issues and queries with professionalism.
Practical application and working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation to eliminate or mitigate risk in the workplace.
The ideal candidate must have high end customer service experience and have dealt with UHNWI's.
