Office Administrative Co-ordinator

PERSON: We require an experienced well presented, cheerful, responsible and reliable person to join our team. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a “can do” attitude with a motivated and confident approach. JOB OVERVIEW: Professionally manage incoming calls and efficiently deal with enquiries. Meet and greet visitors to the office. Support the Directors and team in a professional and efficient manner. Support the sales and lettings teams as required. Be an active marketing team member. Register applicants on the phone and in person. Prepare new properties for marketing, including ordering photos, EPC’s, floor plans and full compliance. Update property lists, websites, and in-house databases. Log all keys in and out as appropriate. Maintain and update the office diary for all teams. Oversee the audit preparation. Maintain health & safety and office environmental standards. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants as well as clients in order to deliver a professional and personal service. Arrange viewings and send new property details as required.
IT SKILLS: Microsoft Office and database proficient, RPS & Lonres experience useful. Creating PDF and print details. Understanding of Reapit - Order & insert EPC’s, photographs and floor plans on REAPIT and website. Prepare and update marketing collateral.
