We are currently recruiting for a market leading property accounting specialist who are looking for an Office Administrator. Based in Mayfair, they are continuing to develop their working practices and are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
They liaise with a number of different property specialists and are looking to hire a candidate with a friendly demeanour and a "can-do" attitude.
- General office duties; answering phone calls, filing, responding to emails
- Upkeep of general office duties
- Processing regular client reports
- Various financial duties; credit control, purchase ledger
- travel arrangements
- Organising occasional events
- Providing support for the team
- Good initiative
- Great written and communication skills
- good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft
