Property Administrator £20-25,000 Temple Fortune (nr Golders Green) NW11
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Property Admin person to join a lovely friendly family run firm with a great reputation and a busy office. The right person will be hands on, working in the front office and not only be doing the task as outlined below but anything else that is thrown at them in the given moment. Old style estate agency just like when I started in 1984 but with more technology and no fax machine! Some experience is required but ongoing training will be provided.
Key responsibilities within this opportunity include:
Prepare and send out Tenancy Agreements
Submitting reference requests
Carry out Money Laundering checks
Registering deposits
Liaising with clients, tenants and agents to ensure that paperwork is completed efficiently.
Arranging cleaning / inventory check-ins / check outs
Contacting utilities companies to inform them of Tenants moving in or out
Dealing with basic property maintenance issues

·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
·Strong communication, both spoken and written English is vital
·Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
·Work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines
·Smartly presented
·Willingness to support the office in whatever capacity required
·Friendly and polite with a positive ‘nothing is too much trouble’ approach
·Team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
·Efficient and able to work under pressure
·Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
·Self-motivated and able to work alone
