Office Assistant / Property Manager / Sales & Letting Admin – Estate Agent

Our client is a bespoke Sales and Letting Agency with offices in the Croydon area and they are looking for an experienced Office Assistant / Property Manager / Sales & Letting Administrator to work on a part time basis.

The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm for Estate agency in general, hardworking and determined; with a keen desire to be successful and want to be part of a highly focussed and efficient team. You should have at least a years’ experience in Estate Agency Admin either as a Property Manager or Office Assistant.  You must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to “muck in” with the day to day tasks. Local knowledge will add to your appeal as a potential candidate.

The skills required for this OFFICE ASSISTANT / PROPERTY MANAGER / SALES & LETTING ADMIN

 (LETTING AGENT) role will include:

  • All round experience in Residential Sales / Lettings
  • Property Management experience
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Strong sales ability
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An efficient and excellent communicator
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a `can do` attitude
  • Full UK driving license and own car essential
