The ideal candidate must have previous experience within residential lettings and able to work to deadlines and perform under pressure. You will be highly organised, personable and possess excellent customer service skills. You will enjoy on the spot problem solving and within the current lettings team build excellent working relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors. In return, the company is offering a highly competitive negotiable salary, depending on experience.
If the following criteria apply to you;
At least 1 year previous experience in lettings or lettings administration
Good understanding of lettings and sales procedures
Able to demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
Ability to develop and maintain relationships
Have superb organisational skills i.e. prioritising workloads
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Have some knowledge of the local area (preferable not essential)
Must have Full Driving Licence and own car
A Highly Competitive Basic Salary (based on experience)
